1/16/12: Learn about the power of our breath to center us and bring us into connection with Source. We'll be teaching an exercise you can do anytime, anywhere, to release anxiety and strengthen your connection with your inner guidance.

1/23/12: We'll share the ways in which participants are using the exercises from the first two classes to make shifts in their everyday lives. Karen will teach her new "word-busting" meditation, a powerful tool to help you continue to identify and break through negative feelings and patterns.

1/30/12: When we practice geniune gratitude, the Universe opens to us in amazing ways. Through what we've learned so far, we've opened ourselves to experience love and joy, even in lousy situations.
